Electrical Communication Addiction Disorder (ECAD) now more commonly called. If someone use internet one week among 40-80 hours it is an addiction. Internet addiction has been called internet dependency and internet compulsivity. It is Neurotic mental disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that completely dominate the addict life.
