dc.description.abstract In order to create a complete person it is essential to associate his or her hereditary reflexes and abilities with educational input from the environment. Such a decisive responsibility of moulding a balanced personality is provided by the “teacher”. Therefore, it is the professional teacher who realises the true spirit of education leading to social facilitation. To deliver a sustainable education, he has to posses a sound knowledge of the goals of education along with the student community as one of its stakeholders. In this sense we identify the importance of the music teacher who addresses the affective domain of the students through a lively teaching - learning process than any teacher of any other subject. Therefore this research study aims at studying the strategy employed by the music teacher to identify the variations of the learners. en_US
