Group B was administrated with prepared medicine with purgation and the group C managed With Pilex tablet. The treatment was continued for two weeks and the effectiveness of the treatment was evaluated by using Wilkoxen sign rank test and Kruskal wallis test. The improvement was observed in all three groups but marked improvement were identified in group A in statistically highly significant manner, pain (P - 0.002), bleeding (P - 0.001), itching (P - 0.001), In group B pain 66% (P- 0.012), bleeding 45% (P - 0.010), itching 100% (P -0.000) and results of group C was pain 63% (P - 0.003), bleeding 44% (P - 0.02), itching 66% (P - 0.002). These findings indicate that pain and bleeding more effectively manage with new herbal formula but itching more effectively manage with new herbal formula followed by purgation treatment. The new herbal formula change clotting time with significantly (P -0.031). Finally, it may be concluded new formula could be recommended the management of hemorrhoids when purgation is appropriate,
