Abstract:
This study examines the impact of workplace spirituality on employee wellbeing in the ABC Group of Companies in Sri Lanka. The study is quantitative and followed the deductive approach. This cross-sectional study is explanatory in nature. Further, the study was conducted using 125 sales employees in the ABC Group of Companies and data was collected via a standard questionnaire. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences [SPSS] was used to analyze data and simple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The findings revealed that the workplace spirituality positively influences employee wellbeing. The present study provides numerous implications for HR practitioners, policymakers, employees, and future researchers to enhance employee wellbeing and maintain a spiritual working environment.
